Some methods that people are familiar with are in body scans, skin caliper assessments, tape measuring and scale reading. We discuss some misconception about these methods of measurement and what are the realities behind using certain measuring tools. Do these methods actually work? Are they as realizable as people are led to believe? Then, we discuss some of our methods of body fat measuring.
